Childcare Property Damage Policy

At Fitness Central, we work hard to create a fun and safe environment for all the kids, but sometimes accidents happen. That said, if a child intentionally damages any property in the childcare area (such as toys, furniture, or equipment), we do have a few things we ask parents to keep in mind:

1) If a child breaks or damages something on purpose, the parent or guardian will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement. Our staff will notify the parent/guardian immediately after the incident occurs.

2) Parents will be charged for the cost of fixing or replacing the damaged item. This will be charged to the card on file. Fitness Central will provide receipts/invoices with details, if needed.

3) If this becomes a recurring problem, staff will reach out to talk with parents about ways to address the behavior.

Our staff here at FC works hard to teach kids to take care of their space, and we would love your help in reinforcing the importance of respecting property. Positive behavior goes a long way in keeping things running smoothly for everyone in childcare.
