Yes, you can sign up online here, but you will need to visit one of our clubs to finish your registration. Please make sure to bring a valid form of ID and a credit/debit card or your bank information (routing & account number) to finish your registration.
You will need to provide some personal information as well as all of your dependents’ information (if applicable) when you sign up. We also require a phone number, email address and credit/debit card or a bank account. A photo ID and a picture for our check-in system is required as well.
Yes, our contract length is 12 months. However, we do have month-to-month options via our month passes (individuals only). Please note that month passes are significantly more expensive than signing up for a year. You can cancel your membership if you relocate outside of our radius or if you have a medical emergency. Proof required.
No, we do not have setup or joining fees. We don’t charge cancellation fees or try to charge you any hidden fees. What you see is what you get (or what you will see on your statement).
We currently only offer a local first responder discount, but other discounts are being discussed. We also run occasional specials so make sure to follow us on social media. Additionally, we offer one (1) month free when a membership is paid in full (12 months).
Members are allowed to bring three (3) guests per calendar year per purchased membership. Please stop by the front desk and a Member Services staff member will help you. It takes just a minute to get your guest in the system. Guest passes do not have guest privileges.
Child care is not included in the individual membership. You must have a couple membership (parent + child) or a family membership (parents + children). Your child needs to be on your member to enjoy any of our amenities.
Your employer should have supplied a list of employees to our Member Services team. When you come in, let them know that you are part of a corporate membership and they will be able to help you out. If you are on the list of employees, we will sign you up and you will be ready to work out in no time.
