We have designed the following childcare policy to provide a healthy, safe, and secure environment for all children and staff. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend childcare privileges for failure to follow these policies.
In the case of widespread illness from either employees or children, a decision will be made to close childcare for an extended period of time to deep clean and disinfect. Parent’s/guardians will be notified via text message.
In the case of inclement weather, a text message regarding closing and re-opening will be sent as well.
Please make sure that our childcare staff has your cell number updated in our system.
Fitness Central is striving to be an exclusive fitness club. As a result, each membership (individual, couple, family or corporate/trade) is limited to five (5) guest passes per year. All guests must be over the age of 18. If a guest is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian will need to be present and sign a waiver. All guests are required to sign a waiver, provide identification (if requested) and take a picture for our records. Fitness Central reserves the right to reject a guest if there is a reasonable or non-arbitrary reason for rejecting the guest.
Guests, including guests accompanying a member, 3-day trial guests and day/week/month pass holders, are not allowed to drop off their children at Childcare. The member who is bringing in a guest can use more of their guest passes to allow children to use our facilities. Day/week/month pass holders cannot drop off their children. 3-day trial guests are not allowed to bring in their children.
Guests not accompanying a member may purchase day, week or month passes. For more information and pricing, please visit our Membership page.
If you are interested in reserving a swim lane at Fitness Central East, please reserve your lane online or call the front desk. We have a 15-minute grace period. If you do not show up within the grace period, we will give you lane to another member.
If you did not reserve a lane, you are not guaranteed that you can use the pool lane.
Our open swim area does not require a reservation. Open swim is reserved for Aqua Fitness classes. Please see class schedule for class times and plan accordingly.
Children under the age of 16 cannot be at the pool unsupervised. Please see Youth policy.
Water dumbbells and boards are for class-use only. They are not for personal use.
Please do not reserve lounge chairs with towels. Our facilities team will remove them.
If you move a lounge chair, please return it to its original position when you leave.
Towels are only to be used during your visit. Do not store towels in your locker. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine. Multiple offenses may result in loss of membership.
Black towels are used for classes, working out, and general exercising. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine. Multiple offenses may result in loss of membership.
Green towels are used inside the locker rooms only. Do not use them to exercise or use them at the pool. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine. Multiple offenses may result in loss of membership.
Black & White towels are for pool-use only. Do not take them into the locker rooms or use them to exercise. Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine. Multiple offenses may result in loss of membership.
Throwing away towels will result in a $50 fine for the first offense, $200 for the second offense, and loss of membership for the third offense.
Stealing towels (intentionally, not accidentally walking out with them) will result in a $200 fine and loss of membership. No exceptions.
These policies may seem harsh but they were put in place to ensure that we can provide a consistent experience.
Shoes are not allowed. The dirt damages the wood. Failure to comply will result a $25 fine.
